Despite the 90-day rehab sentence handed down by Judge Marsha Revel, it seems Lindsay Lohan could be leaving the UCLA Medical Center as early as today. According to Gossip Cop, the “Mean Girls” actress was assigned a new judge for her case, and Judge Elden Fox is in the process of issuing an order that LiLo be released. Yesterday, Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley appeared in court to report that Lindsay was misdiagnosed and wasn’t in the dire state that she was originally thought to be in.

She’s been hopeful that her new judge will let her out of rehab early, but Lindsay Lohan will be staying in the UCLA Medical Center for the time being.

She’s been enjoying newlywed bliss as of late, and now Alanis Morissette has announced she’s expecting a baby. The “You Oughta Know” songstress (36) and her husband Mario “Souleye” Treadway (30) are thrilled to announce the pregnancy. Morissette leaked the news in her US Magazine interview “25 Things You Don’t Know About Me,” making #25 “I am pregnant!” Alanis married Souleye on May 22nd, tweeting, “We’re very excited to embark on this journey with each other.”
