She arrived at an LA courthouse this morning to answer for her alcohol-related probation violation, and Lindsay Lohan is still a free woman. The “Georgia Rule” actress got lucky again and ended up not having to serve any jail time, based on a technicality.
Her pre-trial hearing is coming up this week, and Lindsay Lohan is doing her best to avoid think about the legal drama. Last night (May 9) the “Mean Girls” actress was spotted out to eat at Gjelina restaurant in Los Angeles, looking snazzy in a black hat with a balck jacket and black trousers. According to TMZ, LiLo is planning on pleading “No Contest” to her misdemeanor theft charge, a move that actually wont’t get her any additional jail time.
