He committed to bettering himself after a hitting rock bottom, and today (December 30), David Arquette is celebrating one year of sobriety. The “Scream” star tweeted, “Today marks 1 year of sobriety for me.” He added, “I thank God for the strength and guidance and my family and friends for their love and support & I TY.” As previously reported by Gossip Center, David entered rehab last year over New Year’s weekend and completed his treatment at the end of January
