Causing a bit of a commotion, Jon Gosselin was spotted out earlier today (December 16) with a gun in Reading, Pennsylvania. Bundled up for the chilly weather, the father of 8 headed out to his backyard where he fired the small handgun. It’s a tad disturbing knowing Gosselin has possesion of a gun, especially since earlier today an arbitrator finished up with the division of the money and property he had with estranged wife, Kate.
He had a court date this morning to battle TLC Network over his reality show “Jon and Kate Plus 8,” but Jon Gosselin never showed up. Despite his absence, the case continued with the judge informing the court that Gosselin’s legal team doesn’t plan to call any witnesses.
Becoming a regular routine for him, Jon Gosselin is heading back to the Maryland Circuit Court with TLC today (December 10) for a network’s motion for a preliminary injunction against him.
Digging himself further into legal drama, Jon Gosselin has formally charged the TLC cable network with violating Pennsylvania child labor laws during the filming of his reality show. The “Jon and Kate Plus 8” father says the network failed to obtain work permits and hence allowed his eight kids to be filmed unlawfully for public consumption.

The “Jon and Kate Plus 8” father released a statement saying that he got “carried away by the challenges of fame” and is now consulting a rabbi to “reconnect with my deeper, more spiritual, more altruistic self.” Jon continued, “I am troubled to learn that the media has accepted as true the scurrilous rumor that I would appear in a reality television program with Nadya Suleman.
The legal drama just keeps on coming for Jon Gosselin, who was slapped with a breach of contract lawsuit from TLC this morning. But the “Jon and Kate Plus 8” daddy isn’t too worried, as his lawyer Mark Jay Heller seems to think it’s already dead in the water.
After escorting the children to the bus stop to start the day, Jon Gosselin was seen going to a local diner in Reading, Pennsylvania for breakfast on Friday (October 16). The reality star dad has hit the headlines once more – as he’s now facing a lawsuit filed by TLC after he halted production of the family’s reality show.
