Speaking of which, Kim’s rumored boyfriend Kanye West is said to be showing up on upcoming episodes of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” An insider told press, “Watch for Kanye to make several appearances on the show towards the end of the season.

Always looking glamorous, reality television star Kim Kardashian was decked out in an eye-popping, bright orange cropped jacket as she was spotted leaving her production office in Los Angeles on Monday (April 9). Heading to her parked Rolls Royce after bidding farewell to her mother, Kris Jenner , the 31-year-old paired the ensemble with a dark pair of skinny jeans, a flowing white top and black Louboutin pumps. And while Kim was busy visiting the medical center, sister Kourtney was keeping herself busy with some quality family time
