According to a new report from TMZ , the “Mean Girls” starlet has been targeted by a nanny who’s seeking retribution while claiming that Lindsay crashed into her while driving a Maserati sports car. The legal filing stems from an incident which occurred back in September of 2010, with a witness backing the allegation that the 25-year-old ran a red light in West Hollywood while then striking the woman named Nubia Del Carmen Preza as she pushed a stroller through the intersection.
